Christmas Whiskey Cream

Christmas Whiskey Cream

Christmas Whiskey Cream

 

Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cups Jameson Irish whiskey
  • 1 cup half & half
  • 1 (14-oz. can) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 Tbsp. cocoa powder 
  • 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract 
  • 1/2 tsp. Apple Pie Spice


Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. 
  2. Keep refrigerated. Serve over ice or mixed into cocktails, shaking before each use.

Storing
Once you’ve made your Christmas Cream, store it in an airtight container in the fridge for around 2-3 weeks. When ready to use, shake before drinking!

Ingredients

  • 2 bottles red wine
  • 4 cups ginger ale
  • 3 cups apple cider
  • 2/3 cup Jack Daniels TN Fire
  • 2/3 cup Jack Daniels
  • 2 cups frozen cranberries
  • 1 orange, sliced into rounds
  • 1 apple, cut into thin slices
  • 6 cinnamon sticks


Directions

 Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl, stir together and serve over ice. 


Garnish with Sliced Oranges

Ingredients

  • 6 oz unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 1 small orange quarter, pierced through the rind
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 inch piece fresh ginger
  • 1/4 tsp whole black peppercorns
  •  1/4 tsp whole cloves
  •  1 star anise
  •  1 tablespoon honey (to taste)
  •  1 oz bourbon

  1. Add cranberry juice, orange, cinnamon, ginger, peppercorns, cloves, and star anise to a

  • 6 oz unsweetened cranberry juice
  • 1 small orange quarter, pierced through the rind
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 inch piece fresh ginger
  • 1/4 tsp whole black peppercorns
  •  1/4 tsp whole cloves
  •  1 star anise
  •  1 tablespoon honey (to taste)
  •  1 oz bourbon 


Directions

  1. Add cranberry juice, orange, cinnamon, ginger, peppercorns, cloves, and star anise to a small saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer gently for 8–10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat, cover, and steep an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Strain into a heatproof mug or glass.
  5. Stir in honey until dissolved, then add bourbon.


Serve

Hot or cold. Garnish with an orange peel or cinnamon stick if desired.

Biscochito Old Fashioned

Ingredients

  • 1½ oz bourbon
  • 3/4 oz dry sherry
  • 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz cranberry syrup
  • 3 oz ginger beer
  • Ice


Instructions

  1. Add bourbon, dry sherry, lemon juice, and cranberry syrup to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake briefly until well chilled.
  3. Strain into an ice-filled highball glass.
  4. Top with ginger beer and gently stir.


Serve

Garnish with fresh cranberries or a lemon twist.

Ingredients

 

  • 1/2 oz Torani brown sugar syrup (Make your own Brown Sugar Simple Syrup)
  • 2 oz whiskey 
  • Dash of cherry bitters 
  • Dash of Apple Pie Spice


Instructions

  1. Add all Ingredients over ice in a shaker
  2. Stir the mixture for about 30 seconds to chill and dilute the drink.
  3. Pour into rocks glass 
  4. Garnish with a Orange Peel
